Applications and/or  “Student Co-signer Form” must be filled out in order to see the townhouse by each potential tenant. I only disturb my tenant for serious viewings. You do not need to include private numbers such as Social Security, driver’s license and bank account numbers until after you see the townhouse and want to be evaluated to rent it. You will need to provide those numbers after you see the townhouse and want to rent the place. 

Send application  and “Student and Co-signer Form” to [email protected] along with a note introducing yourself and roommates. Please send them all together.  Please include your credit score numbers, length of needing to rent and source of rental payments ie, your job, parent’s job, student loans, lotto winnings etc. You can also include any other information that will support your application.

I do not ask for an application fee until you have seen the apartment. When you view the townhouse be prepared to formally apply by bringing the application fee of $35 in order to formally apply. Also bring Social Security, and drivers license.
